To Whom It May Concern,

It is my pleasure to share this letter of endorsement for MSgt(ret) Cameron Voorhees who served as Airman Musician in our United States Air Force Bands for twenty years. I was fortunate to work with Cameron from 2009 - 2013 and can personally attest to his incredible musicianship and personal character. He displ ayed unique guitarist capabilities with mastery in a full range of styles including rock, pop, jazz, classical, and solo improvisation. Few could match his
experience and depth of repertoire. He was more than a guitarist, jumping in to play piano and synthesizers with short notice, including improvisation and also showing a real talent for arranging his own compositions for our groups. This aided in his successful leadership as a noncommissioned officer in charge of our jazz ensembles. Cameron remained reliable and amazingly capable of performing, creating, and leading musical products to success before thousands of people on behalf of our nation.

In addition to his core musical capabilities, he set a high standard in personal character and outreach. His work ethic, professional demeanor, and communication skills were always appropriate and his personal conduct provided nothing but the best-example for others to follow. Cameron has conducted high school and college level master classes for the Air Force Band, as well as serve his local church as a youth program guitar instructor. He effectively shared his
skills with students young and old, providing expert knowledge and pedagogy perfectly suited for the level of students.

I know MSgt(ret) Cameron Voorhees would be a valuable addition to any team. He has a proven record of success with personal character that brings out the best in others. Feel free to contact me if I can assist anv further: daniel.boothe.2@us.af.mil

Very Respectfully,

SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation: Cameron Voorhees

To:

It is my pleasure to offer a letter of recommendation on behalf of Cameron Voorhees for your consideration. I have known Cameron for over seven years. Cameron is an outstanding youngman and has served as an excellent role model for men of all ages. His willingness to serve, his integrity of heart, and his love for God is particularly noteworthy. I have observed him in several of our vital ministries, children and music ministries. He is a devoted father four boys and his humble teachable spirit enabled him to serve perfectly guiding young men in our Royal Rangers Ministry. But, his strongest gifting is undoubtedly in music. He has played in a number of positions for our worship team, and during a transitional time when we had no band leader, he willingly stepped in to lead the team. While serving active duty with the USAF Band of Flight, he still volunteered to teach aspiring youth the basics of guitar. His talents are regularly sought whether assisting praise and worship for conferences or just playing creating a really cool holiday environment by playing his guitar in our lobby during the Christmas season.

Cameron is a devout man of God, integral in his faith, loving in his expression of his faith. He is a member in good standing at the LivingWord Church. He represents our ministry well, whether in the house or outside the house. For your purposes however, he is extremely talented, diligent, and easy to work with. I have no doubt he will be a major asset to you. Without reservation, I give Cameron Voorhees my strongest recommendation. You are welcome to contact me for further information.

Sincerely,

GREGORY PERRY,
